    Love this place

The food here is excellent, I eat here as often as I can. The owners are wonderful people as well as the staff. Their food is fresh, The salsa and cheese dip are made in house daily. After eating here, I do not like to eat Mexican food anywhere else. I highly, highly recommend them.

  • *****

The best Mexico food in town that I have had in a restaurant and I have been in N.C. my whole life!

  • *****

I absolutely love this place I eat there daily for lunch!

  • *****

Love this place we come here often very nice staff food is always good service is always great.

  • *****

Great little Mexican place. Had the taco salad, guacamole, and happy hour beer! Great value here! Food is just your basic Mexican fare which I grew up with and love! Nothing too fancy but good!

  • *****

Great authentic Mexican food and awesome drink specials. First of all, $2.75 bottles of Michelin Ultra!!! Next, Jamie as your server! Jamie did a great job. He recommended the three Yolanda's which is an enchiladas dish. I loved it! He kept the chips, salsa, and beers coming. I would definitely go back since it's super close to the Raleigh Durham Airport.

  • *****

We are from out of town and looked to Yelp for Mexican food. The ratings here were good so we gave it a try. My wife and I both had excellent meals and tremendous service. We each took a box of leftovers back to the hotel. Trust Yelp. It works.

  • *****

Love the food and prices here. I've been here a
few times with work groups and I always get the Speedy Gonzales. It's fantastic. The servers are very friendly but this place gets packed with the work crowd and service can be slow. Part of that may be because they are used to customers who are having business lunches there instead of quick bites. Overall I recommend this place but also recommend allocating enough time to be here about an hour.

  • *****

Not too bad for a chain Mexican. They have great lunch specials but appears every time we go back the prices seem to go up. I had a chicken Acp, colleague had a beef burrito. Overall the service was quick and friendly. Food was hot and came out quick. Great lunch spot!

  • *****

This was our first time here and I must say the food was delicious and the service was awesome. We will be back again the next time we are in the area.

  • *****

Really good, very friendly service, very reasonably priced. All in all a great find on a quick trip to Raleigh

  • *****

Good authentic Mexican food if you are looking for a quick bite in Raleigh Durham. Stopped in while in town..service was good and food came quickly.

  • *****

Very good and reasonably priced, I'll visit again next time I'm in the area.

I got the ACP chorizo, chicken was tender, rice was perfectly cooked, cheese sauce was on point.

The chips and salsa were good. Crispier chips than some places, but I like that. Salsa was a good mix of spice and sweet.

  • *****

Very good little place. Get the chicken with chipotle sauce on it. Everything was good. Service was fast and polite.

  • *****

Every time I'm at RDU I go to this place.
I've been at many Mexican places, but this is the best.
The margaritas are the best one I've ever have.

  • *****

Awesome place. Great service and fast. I enjoyed it very much and it was right across the street from the Hampton Inn RDU.

  • *****

Always great service, great prices and very good food. Never disappointed. I could spend hours there just eating the chips and salsa.

  • *****

About as good real Mexican food for this area

  • *****

We were staying near the airport and needed a quick dinner. This place had attentive service the food was outstanding! I highly recommend it if you are passing through the Airport area!

  • *****

Wonderful service. Great food. Pleasant atmosphere. They had menus and silverware in hand when we stepped through the door and we were seated immediately. The decor is bright and lively. The staff was very attentive and did not rush us. We had the fajitas and carnitas. Both were well seasoned and tender. The sides of rice and beans were also tasty. Authentic flavors, fresh food and the wait time on food coming out of the kitchen was short.

  • *****

The food and service was FANTASTIC! Would highly recommend if you're staying at one of the nearby hotels.

  • *****

Excellent food and drinks. Staff is very friendly and attentive.

  • *****

Food came out nice and hot! I got the quesadilla, chile rellano and rice. The chips are ok and the salsa is a little disappointing but not horrible. Waiter was very attentive and provided excellent service. This restaurant was a pleasant surprise.

  • *****

Mexican is one of my least favorite cuisines, and the food here attempts to change my mind! The chori dip is delicious and I can't say enough great things about the ACPC entree. It was a little pricey for lunch because I ordered a dinner entree but the portion meant I had leftovers, which made for lunch the next day too. I also loved that they make the guacamole at your table and it tasted so fresh! The service was average but the food is why I will definitely be back!

  • *****

Lots of fun! Loved the chairs and benches with artistic details. Delicious margarita and some tasty chicken mole. Muchas gracias for a very good dinner.

  • *****

Love their ACP (arroz con camaron). Great location for those staying at nearby hotels or lunch for those working down Paramount Pkwy & Perimeter Park

  • *****

I love the food the restaurant is like going to museum the furniture is beautiful the people are so nice it feels like going home for dinner or lunch

  • *****

The staff is awesome! Very friendly. Jaime is my favorite server! Food comes out extremely & is pipping hot (as it should be). I l come here quite often, each time the food is delicious! This restaurant never disappoints!

  • *****

Amazing! My favorite Mexican place since moving to North Carolina. Their food is amazing and they are always so nice and friendly. I work right up the street and will call in my dine-in order ahead and they are always so willing to help. The salsa is fresh and just the right amount of spicy and their drinks are amazing!

Jaime which was our server tonight (and has been previous visits) is super nice. He made sure we had everything we needed and never let our drinks empty.

    Always a great experience!!

  • *****

Went here today and can't complain too much at all. Very solid regular menu as well as lunch choices. The fajitas were fresh and the food came out quickly. The vibe/decor of the place really makes it a great feel too. Decent size portions and good for a quick lunch or sit down dinner if you'd like. A true Mexican gem

  • *****

As soon as I pulled up to this former MacDonald's and saw a line out the door of morbidly obese nerds I knew I was on to something. The food was delicious, the service friendly and fast. I got the tacos Al pastor which I highly recommend.

  • *****

Excellent food and very good service. Would recommend if you are staying close to the airport.

  • *****

Great food, friendly staff, and had a great time watching the b-ball game ???? ????

  • *****

I grew up in California where excellent Mexican food is easily found. I've lived on the East Coast for 20+ years. This restaurant has the best Mexican food I've ever had out here and maybe in my life. Everything was excellent. The chips hot and crispy. The salsa tasty with just the right amount of heat. The horchata homemade with the perfect balance of sweet and cinnamon. The refried beans smooth. The Spanish rice moist. The chorizo is made fresh daily and is incredible! The service was fast and friendly. The prices were very reasonable too, although, I would pay double if I had to. Do not miss.

  • *****

Walking in, the decor of this place and the smile on the manager’s face was enough to make me love it! The food was top notch and service was even better! I would absolutely recommend!

  • *****

This is the best Mexican restaurant I've been to by far. The restaurant to begin with is very clean and staff are very family friendly. The food is made very quickly and is exceptionally good! The margaritas are some of the best I've had in a long time and I recommend anyone that comes to this location to give them a try! Definitely will come back!!

  • *****

Good Mexican meals. Wonderful decorations. Nice staff. Fair lunch price. Want to bring my wife here for her to try.

  • *****

Don't be afraid of the building looking like a fast food restaurant, like I was. Luckily, I had yelp to fall back on before walking in the door and the reviews were all great. Aesthetics aside, I really enjoyed my experience here. The wait staff was friendly, the food prepared to my specifics and the margaritas delish. My two tips for a first-timer like me...1. Order a higher quality margarita. The sweet mix in the house is a bit too sweet. 2. Expect to spend an extra 3 min looking over the book-of-a-menu. I couldn't decide what I wanted! Lots of options I've never heard of; and I consider myself a Mexican restaurant connoisseur. Lol

  • *****

Comida espectacular, ambiente inigualable sin duda la mejor comida mexicana que he probado!!!!

  • *****

I was staying at the Fairfield Inn. It was late the restaurant was close. I wasn't expecting much but the food was really good and the service was fast and friendly. Would definitely go back

  • *****

Excellent.. real authentic food. I'm Mexican and this place is pretty darn good. Great Mexican atmosphere. Pretty good job for being the south east area. Great service. Great portions

  • *****

First time here and did not disappoint. Food was quick and waiter was friendly. Perfect spot for lunch.

  • *****

Just came for a lunch break and got the spicy chicken a shrimp special. It didn't take long and the food is AMAZING!!

  • *****

Got the combination #13 and it was great. The food went very well with the Lime Margarita.
Environment is pleasant with good lite music.

  • *****

Was away for a day on a business trip, saw reviews on Yelp so decided to give it a try. Was very good and would definitely recommend if you are staying near the airport.

  • *****

Excellent food and very reasonably priced. I love Mexican food and this place did not disappoint. Some of the best and freshest tasting chicken I have ever had at a restaurant. Chiluba is more like a tostada which I was. It expecting. Overall no complaints and for $13 I had a beer, entree, and a side dish.

  • *****

We had dinner here last night after a long flight from the West Coast. This place is fairly casual, which is what we looking for with the family. The food was really good. My son got a massive 12" burrito which he loved (steak + chicken + shrimp), while my wife and I shared the chicken fajitas. Great quality food, and it came out really quickly. The staff was very friendly and service was good. We left far, full, and happy.

  • *****

Fantastic lunch option, my lunch crew and I were in and out in no time. I had a hard time deciding on what to order because there were too many delicious, affordable options. I was also too busy stuffing my face with chips and salsa. I ended up going with the Lunch Chicken Chimichanga and was very satisfied with my selection. For under $10 I left stuffed and thinking I can't wait to return.

  • *****

Great service, good food, amazing drinks!!! A perfect place for friends, date night, and really anything!! Great location for dinner! I encourage everyone to check it out!

  • *****

Only in town for just a few hours and had to come get some good food and amazing drinks!!! Amazing place with great service!!

  • *****

This was just a great experience! The food is amazing, and they give you a plentiful amount on your plate. Excellent variety, and the the entire staff is so friendly! My first time visiting today, and will definitely come back.

  • *****

Great service. Family environment. Great food As a frequent traveler in the RDU area it is one of my top picks.

  • *****

Great deal for very good food. We ordered the ala carte tamales and a chicken enchilada entree that had a delicious sauce. The large portions meant lunch leftovers as well.

The colorful chairs were a treat to see as well. The atmosphere and restaurant lay-out (inside and out) may lead you to think this is a bad, fast food chain - but we were decently surprised and were glad we gave this place a try.

I ate there Nov 8, election day, 2016. We had our Church group (small group) wanting to fellowship so our leader chose your place. I personally live about a mile away, yet had not discovered the restaurant on Green Level Church Road in Cary. I was blown away with what I ordered. I told my friend I was on a new diet plan of meats and vegetables, and was afraid that I wouldn't find much on the menu. She suggested I try "Chori Pollo Fajitas" without the rice or the flour tortilla. And, Voila'.......The serving was a very generous skillet of chicken, onions, green peppers and three pineapple rings is a delicious sauce. I recommend this dish, so much so, that I recorded it in my I-Phone under Los Tres...I knew I'd forget the name, but not the memory of one great meal, at reasonable prices. 5 Stars, and near my new home. Thanks, Amigos! Highly recommend. Groups welcome... they can expand long tables to accommodate a group.

I feel remiss for not reviewing this place yet. Awesome food! Haven't yet had a bad experience, food is always excellent. Nachos Tapatios.. You're welcome for that recomendation. Great food and reasonable prices.

  • *****

We live very local to this place, in fact we've walked here for dinner. The food here is very good, the pricing extremely reasonable, and the service consistently good. They always have a nice selection of food and drink specials, and the table side Guacamole, as well as the woman who makes it is exceptional. This is one of our favorite places.

  • *****

Close to the airport, so convenient after returning back home in the evening. Had the chori pollo fajitas which were really tasty. Also had tacos al pastor which were good. The waiters were really friendly and the kids loved the food. We'll be back.

  • *****

Casual Mexican. Good enchiladas. Good Margarita, not too sweet. Chile Releno was a bit different, not fried but still tasty. Pretty extensive menu. Fast service. Will come back when in the area.

  • *****

Yum chicken rolls and guacamole dip are amazing
You have to try them very fresh and light perfect for lunch leftovers for dinner. To-go lady could be a lil less rude but overall I would recommend a trip to Los Tres Magueyes

  • *****

Best chicken burrito in town. Fast service, very helpful employees.

Awesome freshly made good Mexican food. Don't let the appearance scare you away. Not great curb appeal but really good and I know my Mexican food.

  • *****

#13 on the vegetarian menu is ahhhhmazing. Quesadilla with fresh spinach (not the canned stuff most mexi places use), fresh shrooms, caramelized onion, avocado slices, jalepeno.

Minus a star for crappy slow service.

  • *****

I took my Spanish class here for a field trip, and it was just as good as I expected it to be. The servers were on point with refills, chips and dips, and we didn't wait a long time for the food. It was delicious! I will definitely be back...

  • *****

    Great staff
    Miguel and Roberto

Ask for a stiff Margarita and you will get it
    Great cheese dip

  • *****

Stopped here for a quick lunch in between my training classes in the area. It was 11:30am and the place was starting to fill up. Got seated promptly and was brought chips and salsa immediately. The waiter came and took my drink order right away. The menu is huuuge so the there are so many choices. I am on shrimp kick lately, so opted for the grilled shrimp salad for $10.95 but without cheese and croutons. It came out in less than 10 mins and just as ordered. Delicious! I used some salsa for the shrimps. The salsa is really really good and the chips are almost hot.
As soon as I was done, I was presented with my bill and was asked if I wanted another refill of my Diet Coke to go!
I was actually waited on by two servers who were both very attentive and nice!
Excellent food, great service and well priced!
By noon the place was packed and I can see why!
    Five stars all around!!!!

Good food and the staff is awesome, definitely a family environment!! I plan on coming back for this good food!

  • *****

Great Mexican food served quickly so that you can get in and out at lunch time. Excellent Margaritas as well. Great wait staff!

  • *****

Great food! Fast friendly service during lunch. I will be returning!

  • *****

    Great food great service !!!

  • *****

The vegetable quesadilla was packed with perfectly cooked broccoli and mushrooms and squash.Service was perfect. For a typical all American Mexican restaurant, this was great

  • *****

Best affordable restaurant near airport area for Mexican food.

  • *****

Awesome Staff, wonderful food and awesome service!! Highly recommend for dinner on a weekend!

  • *****

Fast service even when the place was full for lunch. Hot tasty food. Will be back.

  • *****

Okay this place is awesome! Delicious! better Mexican food than in Mexico! The cook will cook to order for special requests. The humongous draft beer is so cold it has ice crystals. The Cancun burrito with shrimp is awesome! The staff are very fast and friendly and attentive! Now that's a frosty mug of beer!

  • *****

One of the best Mexican restaurants in the area. When I lived in Brier Creek, my wife and I would eat here all the time. As my wife and I have lived in Mexico and appreciate the flavors, we are very picky when it comes to Mexican food. Los Tres has the flavors we are looking for.

The micheladas are excellent. They come in a big glass, and are almost as good as the micheladas we've drank in Mexico. We rarely order anything other than tacos. The carne asada and carnitas tacos are our favorites, and they comes with large portions of rice and beans.

If you are looking for good Mexican food with traditional flavors, Los Tres is your best bet. Anytime we are in the area and craving Mexican food, we always choose Los Tres Magueyes.

  • *****

This is by far the best Mexican Restaurant in Morrisville. Lots of adult beverage selections. I had a very cold Pacifico! The chip and salsa were fresh with a little kick from the salsa. I have the fish tacos that were great. Huge menu. Can't wait to visit again.

  • *****

Walked across the street from the Hampton Inn and was very surprised at the great food, great service and great margaritas. A nice surprise.

  • *****

Yum. Best Mexican food in RDU. HANDS DOWN. the salsa is excellent, queso
Is great, and the chicken is shredded in the tacos and enchiladas. We love this place!!!

  • *****

Clean, updated, fantastically good for the airpot! This is the place. I have eaten here several times and not ever disappointed. Great menu and friendly staff.

  • *****

Great Mexican food, beautiful place. Great service, fresh Avocado cart made a la carte was outstanding. Enjoyed the wevos rancheros. Highly recommended and will be back on my next trip to Raleigh!

  • *****

    Great food, very family friendly.

  • *****

Above expectations! This food was hot, tasty, fresh with happy staff.

  • *****

    Fast and delicious. Hidden gem!

  • *****

Awesome lunch spot. Stopped randomly on my way to Winston Salem. Saw a full parking lot. Place was slammed but food was served hot and fast. Really good lunch carne asada for $8.95!

  • *****

Chips are crispy. And the salsa is flavorful. Great start.
They have authentic Mexican dishes and not just americanized food. It's the real deal with easier options, too.

  • *****

The food is outstanding and always fresh. The service is great and the speed at which the food comes out is amazing! Highly recommend!!!!

  • *****

Great food. Great service. Great ambiance.

  • *****

Its been a while since I've been to a Mexican restaurant but these people treat you with class and respect. Salsa is great along with queso... mmmmmm drink specials on a regular!!! 1.99 beers on fridays (all drafts) go there and have a great tim with family or friends or just a solo date... lol

  • *****

Reading the reviews left me anxiously curious as to what I would experience. I suggest giving it a try for sure. The service is always prompt and friendly. The chips and salsa, let's be real alot of us will judge a spot primarily on these key aspects. I, personally, am not one of those but do have to say the chips are always perfectly crispy without a bucket of salt dumped on them! (Hate that!) Salsa is fresh and tasty! I've had quite a few things on the menu and never once dissapointed. The Spanish rice is a win in my book, great flavors and never dry. Great drink specials throughout the week!

  • *****

I was slightly hesitant about eating here after reading the reviews but I didn't feel like leaving my hotel area and since this was right next door I figured I would give it a shot.

The second I walked in I was greeted and escorted to the bar area. The nice gentleman quickly got me a beer, chips, and salsa. I wanted to relax for a little while before ordering.. The staff kept checking to make sure I was alright. Normally when there's one person at the bar you may get ignored, this was definitely not the case.

I ended up ordering the combo fajitas. Something simple. They were quite delicious! I enjoyed their salsa and guac as well!

I really had a pleasant experience. Everything from the food, price, and especially the service were all a home run! Thank you for an enjoyable dinner.. I'll see you next time I'm in town!

  • *****

    I just loved this place.

Was in Morrisville fora short visit, and was really done with trying the same old junk food. While hunting for some decent Mexican place google suggested this place, and i so don't regret visiting. Typical traditional Mexican food, served with drinks/cocktails which are no less than what u get in a Gastro pub. Overall definitely a place i recommend to others

  • *****

Really good food. Love the 1/2 cheese steak...mexican style.

  • *****

Excellent food, great service, and prices are surprisingly low for the amount/quality of food you are served. I highly recommend this place.

The outside of the building looks a bit sketchy, but the interior is warm and inviting.Don't judge this book by it's cover.

  • *****

    Mucho bueno

  • *****

Very friendly staff, quick service (I was there for lunch). Had the tortilla chicken soup- very good. I could only eat about a third of it so now have lunch for tomorrow!

  • *****

The food is excellent. The staff is very friendly and the prices wont break the bank. I am definitely going to eat there again!!!.

  • *****

Good food! I ordered a quesadilla and my GF ordered flautas. They grill real chicken instead of shredded stuff. Service was good, they have a nice patio too.

  • *****

I was staying at a hotel near RDU airport and did not have a vehicle so wanted someplace I could walk. I saw this restaurant across the street and wanted to try it as I really wanted a margarita since u was not driving. Service great and fast. Asked for a big margarita and got it! Meal was very good. Would recommend to anyone hungry for Mexican.

  • *****

Traditional Mexican food. Moderately priced for dinner. All seating was colorful, comfortable and reminded of a very high end Mexican restaurant. Staff was friendly and attentive. I had the beef & chicken fajitas. Unlike some restaurants that attempt to make the portion look huge by putting far more onions and peppers than meat, I found the chicken & beef portions to be just right and felt the onions and peppers accented the meat vs covering it up. Request for more salsa and guacamole were glady taken care of. Beer selection is limited to traditional Mexican and Blue Moon on tap. I would return again if in the area.

  • *****

This was our first time eating here as we are traveling through the area. The place is very cute! We were seated immediately, our food and drinks came quickly, the food was hot and DELICIOUS!! The waitstaff was friendly and attentive - without being overly attentive! So, great food and great service - for a very reasonable price! I love this place!! Wish we lived closer!

  • *****

The food here is great. This is a new location of an already established brand in the area. The service is attentive and fast. I find the decor to be a bit cold, there isn't a homey welcoming feeling. I think it is the numerous Windows and bright lighting. This is an old sandwich shop so they had to deal with what already existed. Knowing Los Tres they will redecorate soon and it will get that comfy feeling. The menu is the usual Mexican fare but the taste is great. Highly recommend stopping here if you are in the area and want good, quick Mexican.

  • *****

Carnitas dinner was very good, enjoyed the music during dinner. Service was okay, guys didn't check on me to see if everything was good or if I needed anything. Thought the restaurant was a bit light on the chips and salsa.

  • *****

We went for lunch and boy was the food great! We had a liitle wait do to time we arrived. My co workers ate all thee chips but, our server just tokkt if and ask if we needed andything else! The prices are affordable. The is a MUST VISTIT and a MUST EAT!!

  • *****

I like this place. We have never had a bad meal here. Prices are good. Food is very good. Drinks are good as well.

  • *****

Good food, they have a wide variety on the menu! Indoor and outdoor seating available! Good location, the staff was very nice and helpful!

  • *****

I like this place. Food is solid. I usually get the fajita quesadilla which is excellent. There is something about the cheese that I love. The service is excellent and the food always comes out fast. Very inexpensive in my view, an excellent value.

  • *****

    Excellent restaurant !
The food is amazing and the service is very good. I will come every time I have to go to Durham !

  • *****

When a local hotel recommended Mexican food, being from Texas I was hesitant as I have eaten some of the best.

There was no reason to be, the food was prepared perfectly, generous portions and the service was excellent.

The bartender did not hesitate when I ordered my margarita(s) specifying a particular top shelf tequila, Grand Marnier and all fresh hand squeezed juices.

This will definitely become one of my regular stops when in the area.
